The thickest layer of scratch-proof clear vinyl sits on top. It helps protect your plastics from the elements.
UV Inks That Won’t Fade

Out With the Old Decals, On With the New
You can do it at home. Plan on at least 4 hours, and take your time.
- Wash the bike. Then scrub the plastics and remove all old adhesive, dirt and oil.
- Wipe every panel down with rubbing alcohol.
- Hold each piece up first to see where it goes. Start with the nose.
- Mist the plastic and the graphic with soapy water, set the piece, then squeegee out the water and bubbles.
- Use a little heat on curves and creases.
- Wait at least 24 hours before you ride. 48 to 72 hours is best.
You’ll need a squirt bottle, soap, a hair dryer or heat gun, rubbing alcohol, a squeegee, a soft cloth and scissors.

Will it fit my CBR?
Yes, if your model and year match a row in the table above: the 2010-2013 CBR 250R, 2013-2014 CBR 500R, 2007-2008 CBR 600 RR or 2004-2005 CBR 1000 RR.
Will it cover my scuffs?
Where a piece sits, you get fresh graphics on top. It is not a full wrap, so some of your plastics still show. Look at the kit photos to see where each piece goes.
Can it go over my old factory decals?
Take the old decals off first. The install guide says to remove all old adhesive, dirt and oil, then wipe down with rubbing alcohol.
Will it fade?
The UV-resistant inks are guaranteed not to fade for up to 5 years, under a scratch-proof clear laminate.
How long does it take to put on?
Plan on at least 4 hours. Then wait at least 24 hours before you ride.
